Exactly. I can't tell if this is a joke/troll thread or not but just so no one else does any damage, please make sure you have an interface that can handle the output load of the tube head. The power tubes and output transformer must have some place to 'send' or balance that load.
I love Drop C tonally. It can also be fun to play classic rock type riffs in this tuning just for something different. If you ever get really bored with a certain riff, try it in a lower tuning. My Strat is almost always in standard E (for obvious reasons maybe) so I need to give this a whirl...
