so my newly acquired Nova Repeater is causing a bass and volume loss when I put it in the loop. any ideas what could be causing this? or how to fix it? I've tried both inputs (lo and hi) and that doesn't seem to change the issue at all.

recently got the option to do a cover band gig....never been my thing before but now that I'm seeing there's a little bit of $ to be made and that makes me think "hey that's just extra money to put right back into gear!" haha naive I know.. anyway, my big issue is I've never done the cover...
