Damn, this thread is really making me want a voltage regulator now. My amps seem to bounce between muddy & crisp at times and I keep just thinking it's the tubes going bad or something. That Black Lion sounds great but is expensive AF. Is there a cheap single outlet version I could just put...

I've always felt Zakk's words during interviews never match up with his actual feelings and he just says shit for show.

What's the verdict on these? They're the only ones I've ever bought, since it seemed like they would know what their speakers sound like best, but I feel like I always hear people talking about a million other sites I've never heard of that sell IRs.

I've started using a Mesa V30 with my Alnico Cream and it's pretty awesome, great modern pairing for metal IMO.

These days I find myself looking for builders who can put two amps in one. Room is more expensive than tone right now. Recently got a Fender Showman that has both the brown panel and black panel circuits in one amp. I'm tempted to find someone to use Headfirst PCBs and combine an MCII and an...
