Hi fellow CAA/Suhr owners. I just snagged CAA PT-100 but it doesn’t have a foot switch. This model is unlike the last one I had as it has 2 foot switch sockets. One ( mono) for changing Ch2-Ch3 the other TRS to change Ch1 and boost. My problem is I have a Marshall double foot switch which works...

Clearly not!

So Dave I'm sorry I don't understand. Are you saying that your foot switch changes between inputs and does not or does compromise the original tone of the amp? Cheers.

I really don't want to compromise on the tone. How come that happens then? I assume the DF box cures all of that?

Does anyone use some gizmo to footswitch from normal to hi input on their DS? Can it be done? Does it just need an ABY box or is it more complicated than that?

What are the chances of getting another one? I recently bought a used BE-100 (absolutely great amp by the way!- have a small box too!) and unbeknown to me the badge was damaged and had been badly repaired. To cut a long story short it fell off somewhere and I've lost it! Really hacked off at...

Hi guys new amp owner my first Friedman (UK) gigged it last night for the first time. Very happy! mills Acoustics 4x12 with V30's sounded huge! I'm told I need to get a Tone Freak naked to boost the BE channel only they are as rare as rocking horse sh@t over here in the UK! Any suggestions?

Up until now I've been using an EVH 5150 III head and cab and been happy enough. Just got a CCV and hooked it up to the EVH cab. What an awesome sound. This amp works really well with the EVH 5150 III cab. Anyone on here experienced the same? :)

Just got my hands on a CCV-100 and am really liking it. Not too many of these here in the UK so very lucky to get hold of one used. Really impressed by the thick tone. Just getting to grips with the switches and settings but so far very impressive! :thumbsup:

I've tried m75 65 watt scumbacks in my semi closed backed Bogner 2x12 but prefer a pair of CL 80's :D
