OK i'm late i know ...owner of a VH2 i have always wonder which differencies with the VH4 and before order one to compare ( before returning it if he does not correspond to my taste ) i want to optimize my VH2 : so i want to change my KT77 with 6L6 in the power tube section ( i'm sure of that...

With my VH2 i only use an EP Booster on channel 1 to give more body and dynamic ...no need for second channel ...it's a Diezel

have bought a vh2 but wanted first a Paul ....clean channel is the same so don't worry ...you'll be impressed....the second channel of the VH2 is weird always have to clean with my guitar volume ....at 10 on my strat ( with humbuckers dimarzios ) it's like this channel is a lead channel , at 8/9...

Is the VH4 more versatile ? more rock ,less metal amp ?

I am more and more intrigued by these two : it's gonna be an obligation to compare them side by side !! if not i'm gonna questionning myself until the end of my life .....FOR REAL lol

Is a 4x12 diezel ( rear or front ) worth it .....comparing with a 2x12 ?

And what cab with your VH2 ? rear loaded v30 or front loaded ?
