    FRFR cabinets

    Rockman Distortion Expression

I was curious if anyone has used Rockman auto-clean with a volume pedal? For those who haven't come across it before, auto-clean is a feature on the Rockman Sustainor and Distortion Generator amp simulators. It compensates volume and treble, allowing you to go from clean to distortion using the...

    Half-rack Power Amplifiers

I'm putting together a half-rack system using some Rockman Rockmodules that I have. I've been looking at the Gator G-Tour racks. I'm shopping around for some kind of stereo half-rack full-range power amplifier to be part of it. Any suggestions? Thanks, --Bruce

    Rockman Guitar Ace Demo

I put together a short feature demo of the Rockman Guitar Ace, a headphone amplifier: xdHAF60Mad8 The Guitar Ace is a practice amp, so it's not nearly as impressive as the Rockmodules, though I think it is a convenient little amp for spur of the moment playing.

Rockman Chorus / Delay Demo (Mono)

The previous Rockman Chorus / Delay demo I did was in stereo. If you use the Chorus / Delay in the effects loop of a conventional guitar amp, you might be more likely to use it in mono mode. I put together a demo of this and put it up on YouTube. Let me know if you have any comments or...

    Peavey Delta Blues 115

There aren't that many 115 combos around that I've noticed. The Peavey Delta Blues 115 and Fender '65 Twin Custom 15 are the two that come to mind for me. The Peavey has EL84's, while the Fender has 6L6 power tubes. I have the Peavey. Any other 15 inch speaker fans out there? Best, --Bruce

    Rockman Product History

This is an article I've been piecing together over the last few months. I play guitar as a hobby and do some writing from time to time. The SR&D product line is interesting, so I picked on it. I based a lot of the article on material from rockman.fr and the user manuals. I hope you find it...

Rockman A12-50 combo, UDG and AGP Pedals

A couple of the final products produced by SR&D were based on what was called Ultimatum. A third product, the Acoustic Guitar Pedal was also produced. The Ultimatum products are based on two distinct clipping stages in series. The first part of the Ultimatum circuit has a compressor, clipping...

    Brief Rockman Headphone Amp History

I thought I'd take a few minutes to talk about the history of the Rockman. There are several different models that have different features and capabilities. I owe a debt of gratitude to Jark for his page on the Rockman headphone amplifiers: http://www.rockman.fr/Reviews/Rockman.htm His work...
