Been there, done that. Was cool back then, but way too many other better and more reliable amps readily available. The absolute best advice on the cobra is to make sure it has totally cooled off before moving it.

I went through the engl line in the 2009-2013 or so. Mark Brody from Jag Panzer was on the Dean forum and turned me onto them. Finally stopped when I scored the one I wanted. I'm a huge Kreator fanboy and finally got the Extreme Aggression. Had it ever since.

As for high end and custom ordered stuff, yes. Even the build times are excruciating. As for basic off the rack imports, not in my opinion.

Always play the presence and treble off of each other. Find YOUR sweet spot for each, then see if they work together or not. Same with depth(if it has it)and bass. Work them mids! Mids are your friend....sometimes. Truth be told, I know right away if an amp is gonna work for me or not...

Please saturate the market so they become as ubiquitous as white bread and cost less than 1.5k

The cheapest vixen on reverb right now is 8k. Just sayin'. But I tell ya this, if I didn't have one almost identical to yours, I'd jump on your guitar at that price. Wanted one so badly when Gary Holt was playing them because I'm such a fanboy. If yours was the Gary Holt model, I woulda thrown...
