Rick from Wizard made the recommendation after I asked him what speakers he liked with the Hell Razor. The combo has a certain bite to it that I really like so far.

I have 2 other cabs that are both V30 based so with this one I wanted something different. Really happy with the results

Picked this up from KSR yesterday. It's loaded with Redbacks and Alnico Creams in an X pattern. I've ran my MCII and Hell Razor through it and it sounds killer with both. I can't say enough great things about KSR. Great customer service and nice people.

Having recently heard Joe play one I will say that it sounded really really good. I'd love to try one, but not at that price. Maybe they'll turn up on the used marker for $1500-$2000 less.

I wouldn't say it has more. The biggest difference that I noticed was the 87x had more pronounced mids, probably because it still had the Marshall DNA.

I've had both and I found the production skeleton key to be a little more refined and smooth whereas the 87x sounded a bit more raw.

Not to pile on but im originally from West TN a few minutes from the TN river.

The whole service took a few months as Mike had other amps ahead of mine. If you're just getting the ++ mod it shouldn't take long once on his bench. Mike was very communicative throughout the process.

Trust me, it sounds as great as you think it does.
