With great excitement and anticipation at the prospect of discovering new guitar driven music to enjoy I youtube'd Jason Isbell ..... only to discover :jerkit:
I was leaning towards the 5150. It's hard for me imagine an amp with as much stuff built into as the 6505 built at that price point not having some issues.
I have a couple of 212 cabs sitting around not being used. Sell the cabs? Hell no. Buy more amps. I have clean and classic marshall covered in spades with a Roland JC40, a Fargen miniplex combo, and a Friedman Smallbox. I don't have really high gainers. Was looking at the two...
Yep. Rock shot it's wad. Lot's of reasons for it. It's not dangerous anymore. It's grandpa's music. The electric guitar was new, now its old. The records companies might have been filled with greedy assholes and shafted a bunch of musicians over the years, but they knew how to produce and...
I've got the Flashback mini. No tone suck in the loops on my amps. I'm an effects minimalist and not really super picky but no problems. If you want a small pedal and don't require anything super complicated it's a great delay
Mine is loaded with greenbacks. Sounds great to me. A little bulky to move around more so than a standard 412 for obvious reasons. The casters are cheap as well. Bass can get a little flubby if you let it. Love the vintage grill cloth. I got an absolute steal on mine I think. I think...
I recently changed out the pickups and the pots in my Les Paul. Now, I absolutely love the Dimarzio Norton (not Air Norton) in the bridge on my Explorer so I figured with both guitars being mahogony why not. I put a PAF Pro in the neck and Norton in the bridge. The neck pickup sounds great...
Great looking axe. Looks a lot like my Charvel right down to the stupid truss rod adjustment on the heel. Do you have to take off your neck to adjust or can you get to it? What was Charvel thinking?
Agree with most of what has been said here. Also, try to get some space between you and your cab. At least 10 ft. If you are too close to the cab the wave really hasn't developed for some of the frequencies until it is past you so you can barely hear yourself, meanwhile you can be blowing the...
I need to ship a power amp and want to get some of the foam corners like it was shipped to me in originally. Unfortunately can't seem to find the original box anymore. anyone know where to get some of that tough foam stuff. It's not brittle like styrofoam. I have some at home but not enough...
