Fwiw, my 84 4104 and Soldano SLO100 (BAD) are my fav amps, after 17ish years of flipping. Someone will enjoy these amps, and should snag that Marshall 4x12 with G12-65s.

Took me a while to get used to the Explorer position while sitting. It has to be one of the most comfortable couch guitars once you're used to it.

I had no intention of playing, much less buying one, when I got mine. Took an Ibanez Prestige RG to GC to possibly trade towards an amp. The amp was meh. Saw the Explorer and thought why not. Shot it out with the RG. Played and sounded better. Loved it. Still do. It's tight, fast, sounds good...

Same. Happy to ship, and break it down to avoid fees if necessary. Kinda wish I had gotten a whiskey when they were good for the taking. Such a versatile pup.

Looks like an Echopark Vibramatic in that clip. I only know of it because Charlie Starr, who I dig, uses one. Josh Homme, I couldn't care less about. He's worked with a lot of people I dig, but he does 0 for me.

I like a stock Rat, except for the filter knob. I like the cut it has at 9 o'clock, and the thickness at 2 o'clock. So maybe the presence knob is key.

Yeah, that would've put it over the top. The only niggle I had with the MC50 was that it was kind of thin on lead stuff. Certainly not as singing as a Naylor or SLO. Otherwise, loved that amp. Those mods would've helped dial that in. Wonder how the depth and nfb would help the MC50 stand up...

First new guitar I ever bought, back in 02. Ran the racks, and this ugly beast was the best. I was nauseous the first time I marked it up, buckle rash. Now I appreciate all the Mojo. Which is what I named it way back, thus my user name. Love my Silverburst Standard, too. Just put the BBPros...

Recently refretted my 02 Classic with ss jumbos. Antiquity neck, BB3 bridge, sounds and plays great. Hard to go wrong with a Classic.
