I have both the Helix and Kemper. In my opinion the Kemper rules in the home studio environment with the right profile. I like the Helix more for my live and practice rig.

I love the 212’s and think they are just as good as the Mesa Recto cabs. I currently have a 412 and it is a cab I won’t ever let go. I will have another 212 again.
I wouldnt trade my Fortin for anything. That thing is amazing and Mike does rebuild dam near the whole thing if not the whole thing on his mods... In my ears nothing comes close... All though them Diezels come in a close second for the sound I like. If you got the coin every penny spent is worth...
I dont know really what to say but I can tell you I played all those amps at NAMM and they were all kick ass... The Rhodes stuff was off the chart as well... Kyle is such a nice guy by the way...
One thing for sure the Randall booth was one of the busiest booths out of the bunch... :dunno:
Another vote for dunlop heavy cores use a 12- 54 for Drop D / standard and a 13-60 for drop B. Perfect tension for me all the way across ppick bounces back qiuck. Used a 10 set for years and always had trouble picking cleanly... Now my picking is so much smoother...
