Merciful Fate and King Diamond are 2 of my favourite bands of all time. I get why people may not like the vocals but man, the song writing and talent in superb. In particular on Abigail and Them. While I'm a big fan of Sherman and Denner, Andy LaRocque is a my probably my biggest guitar hero.

You are not alone! I just picked up a Fireball 100 a few weeks back and it's a been a love fest. Funny enough, the other day I found myself playing the riff from Looks That Kill through it and it sounded awesome.

I owned a DMoll for a while and had a real hard time taming the bass. Maybe it was the bedroom level I was playing at. That sounds badass. Wouldn't have traded it if I was getting that tone out of it. Nice.
