Interesting. I didn't realize the Alex's was a reactive load but I do see that on the website you posted. The PS2 looks great, will probably get one some day and of course you can't go wrong with any Suhr product (too many choices).

I have an old Alex's before it was Scumback, have had it for years. It is bullet proof and use it everyday. It's not a reactive load attenuator so it does affect the tone a bit (but they all do). It does have a treble add knob that works well if you are playing at TV volume. Hope that helps.
