Yeah, some things are still high priced for sure, but remember the older versions are no longer made, so IMO this may add to their value. Obviously it depends on the buyer. I just sold my 97' for example for more than a brand new YJM Strat.
They reworked them, they were on hold for awhile, likely while they were removing the silver ring from the front of the light. I think it looks better without it, sleek! And without logos and model numbers all down the side it makes me think this is how they all should be!
The phone is great, when you're up close, but they don't have much in the way of candela to reach out. Just snagged the BRAUN, Harbor Freight Tools Streamlight TLR-1 HL Clone!
Yeah, the difference is subtle, but the rosewood always seems a little darker.

If I were able to snag a Custom Shop Play Loud Replica, I would do the...
Hey, IF you can find an official play loud replica for $10k, please let me know immediately. They haven't sold for that little in well over a decade now.
I haven't, I'm finding those 1,000 lumen lights to have too much reflection off walls for my eyes. Might be because I have astigmatism in both, but it definitely has an effect that I don't like even all the way down my hallway in the house.
Added the Turbo vs TLR-1 HL to the OP!
