Maxon OD808, make sure you test it out at appropriate gain levels and if you use jazz chords, it doesn't "melt" the individual chord tones. I also run a TC Electronic with chorus+delay at 50% level in parallel efx loop. Main reason I bought the Einstein. Amp kicks ass generally speaking.

get a genz-benz 212 (ported) I've used one for 10 yrs no issues kicks ass with Einstein 100

There was a guy who wanted to buy my Einstein 100 who had a D-moll. I've never played one but D-moll seems more flexible. Einstein with a Maxon OD boost in front is very seriously tight/ballsy and crank the deep switch.

I use a G Major (1st ed.) in parallel loop (chorus + delay always on) at 50% and a few stomp boxes like wah, Maxon boost, ISP decimator, etc. Works pretty well for me with the Einstein 100.

Used Mogami for several years with no issues but recently moved on to ultra high-end Yokohata Diamond for guitar to board. Super expensive but well worth the price. The clarity and dynamics are unbelievable.

has anyone been scared by an amp? My LP thru my Diezel Einy is pretty scary sounding...

never played thru a bogner but i bet it sounds close to Jerry Cantrell's big sound. darker, heavier sounding amps I guess.
