I totally agree. I was exclusively using the Plexi input but sometimes thought the clean was too clean in live situations. I also didn't like the Hot channel 1 either when I first got the amp but now warming up to it. Seems with the bright switch off and presesnse down at like 9 o'clock nice...

One for smaller rooms and one for the bigger stages. I put the 100W head into the smaller head cabinet as well.
