I will test with the 9v today. But the G12k85s that also sounded like ass came from a 4x12 cabinet. Seems like a quad of speakers would be tested for phase issues. They were in a peavy cab that I garbage picked. The cab was a loss due to cat piss but the speakers were great.

I will double check but pretty sure I have it wired correctly. I will double check and maybe do that 9v test too.

I always found the 101b to have a truck load of low end. Made my Helios sound small. The Helios is just a Marshall. Same upper mid bite and brightness. I don't think the SLO can match the chewiness of the Bogner Blue. But the Bogner can't really match the liquid fire of the Overdrive on the SLO...
