As I said months ago, the "fear of the germ" should never be underestimated. The allopathic medical industry's spent God knows how long planting and watering the seeds of this fear, so it's little wonder.

To me this has to be satire. If they want people to do certain things, I think making a mockery of it is justified. If he isn't, then he shouldn't be outside...and I doubt he would think so too...He would have had gloves on even. I think he therefore is taking it further as to show people how dumb it is.
