Adhesive for securing parts in your amp builds ?

Looking for something to secure various components in my builds such as caps to the rear of pots for bright caps and such.
I have seen In a couple of my Fortin builds that he uses a white adhesive that is very strong and hard to remove.
Curious what others may be using. have used RTV in the past but not sure it's the best choice.

For low heat places, hot glue guns are very effective

+1 hot glue gun.

Go rummage through your wife's art & crafts stuff and you'll find one.

Bonus points for using her hair dryer to melt/re-flow the wax potting on pickups.

Whatever you use, don't use anything permanent like epoxy or RTV.
