Anyone use the "class A" mode on their Ecstasy?

I own a Classic Mod XTC with Class A. It sounds great but I wouldn't say it will nail vox/matchless class A tones.

I also own a 65AMPS SOHO w/2x12 cab - for Class A - Oh My! :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:
 
That is the only way I run my 101B. Just a matter of taste really; I prefer the less defined sound and to my ear its a bit warmer. I actually run mine in Class A -> Half Power ->Old for all gigs.

I know this post is a bit old, but figured I would offer up an opinion.
 
I did'nt like it in A, it just seemed like the amp was really being held back. I know that's what you're doing in A but I always felt like it lost a good chunk of tone.
