Mint Gosh Tone Chaser 100w Head. Bought brand new earlier this year. This is a single channel hand-built, hand-wired JCM800 with 4 levels of gain structure. Built one at a time by one guy with all of the best parts, Mercury Magnetics transformers. Goes from stock 800 tones to modded super saturated 800 tones. I’ve owned Bogners, Suhrs, Friedmans, you name it, this amp is king of the hill in my opinion for modded JCM800 tones. Not to mention on the first and second gain structure this amp takes distortion and fuzz pedals extremely well. The low end is massive and tight on this thing and is something I haven’t really heard or felt from a Marshall circuit before.
