Global control vs Mid-girth

Trace,
I see on your site that you offer a global control, and a mid-girth control. The descriptions of these two controls are rather similar. Can you explain the difference between the two? Thanks!
 
Our Global control shifts the entire shelving of the EQ section up or down. You can then use the EQ to fine tune everything. The Mid-Girth is a control pot that allows you to boost the mids. We chose this verses offering a couple options on a mini toggle switch, this way you have a wide variety of options available to you.
