I've heard in the past, Engl support wasn't very good. I'm here to say I had a small issue with my Invader 2 and Engl got back to me within 24 hours and got me squared away. Was nervous because of the rumors. Excellent job guys. Just wanted to toss that out there. Clay
 
Had questions about the Engl midi controller several months ago and they answered that too. I feel bad for those didn't have such a good experience. Engl sent the message to their american distributor,Velvet Distribution and they emailed the same day.
 
I've got just one answer out of three attempts. A friend of mine has 50% successful rate (one yes and one no).
 
Had tried to contact the ENGL customer support numerous times in the past, only received one single reply once that "they were going to get back to me", which of course they never did. I'm actually surprised they are still in business.
