man i always call him and he always services my amps and guitars, he always delivers the best he can when he can, best deals and service. just a no bullshit guy, he just helps me in every way cost time etc. he matches or beats any deal i can get mostly always beats by a big amount not 5 or 10 dollars unless the product is not expensive then he has to factor that in.
