A few years back I had PRS modify two guitars for me. This guitar started off as a hardtail PRS Swamp Ash Special. It originally was transparent red and had humbuckers in the neck and bridge position with a single coil in the middle. I sent it to the PRS Tech Center (PTC) at the PRS Factory to change the configuration to a Narrowfield pickup in the neck and bridge position. I had them repaint the body in a killer Frost Blue Metallic finish. The neck was refinished using their latest satin finish technique. It feels incredible.
