Hey Bruce,

Is there anyway of modifying a 5150 with a "similar" bias feature like the RM100? Just the test points and potentiometers for user biasing of the amp?

Just curious. :D
 
I don't see any reason why you could not do it (from a circuit standpoint) but only if the internal bias supply voltage is high enough. The raw supply would need to be a minimum of about -60VDC. The other issue is physically mounting the stuff to the rear panel. I don't really know if there are obstacles inside that may get in the way.
