Reamp feedback loop with new loadbox

So I just swapped my Two-notes Captor with a Rivera RockCrusher (Great unit btw, very neutral). But now I'm getting a feedback loop with the exact same setup. Here's the path:

Computer > Interface (Out) > Reamper > Pedalboard > Amp > RockCrusher (Unbalanced ¼ out) > Interface (In) > Computer

Any suggestions?

Deselecting input monitoring in DAW fixed it. Not sure why it was a problem with one loadbox and not the other
