Reversed switch on my Suhr Koko Reloaded...

I bought a Koko Reloaded the other day and I am wondering if it is correct that the activation of the boost is on the return of the switch?
The boost isn't turned on until I let UP on the switch... If I press it down nothing it doesn't respond untill I remove my foot. Only THEN does it activate the boost. This seems reversed. Is it supposed to be this way?

It is pretty normal for the switch to change state on the upstroke.

Yes, it is set up that way. Just takes some getting used to.
