The Yeast / Bread Baking Thread.

@Aynirar27 gave me an idea for a thread... Show off your yeast baking skills and discuss bread making / share recipes / tips etc. Since I've been retired I do a fair bit of baking. I don't buy bread anymore and it does improve the quality my life having some nice food that you can make on demand.

If I had to pic faves I'd go the sourdough and pizza base.
