Torpedo Remote - no internet connection

Hi guys - I have a new C.A.B. M+ , I installed the Remote software, but it work's only in Guest-Mode, wenn I fill in my account-details it says instantly "no internet connection". I have checked all - internet works fine, firewall is off, no security - but the Remote-Software has "no internet connection" - what's wrong with these thing? I can't register the Hardware in this condition!
The hardware and the Guest-mode works great.
I have tested it on my old Win7 Laptop - instantly it says "no internet connection", but all other software has internet connection.
Does the software need a specific port for the connection?
I have already created a support ticket but have not yet received any feedback.

Hello everyone - I have no idea why, but suddenly the connection worked now. Cabs are loaded, firmware is updated - no more noise and great sound. Absolutely fantastic!
