Tourmaster Combo problem

I purchased a Tourmaster 2x12 combo less than 60 days ago and this weekend it dropped to 1/2 volume then it would jump back up. I swapped cords, guitars, unhooked my pedal board, and just ran straight to the amp. No changes. I cant get anyone to answer the Egnater phone. Any suggestions other than not buying the amp???

More specifically- try the power tubes first. And make sure all tubes are firmly seated.
