V Rock vs Marshall Plexi with Voodoo Jose HG mod

I have a Plexi reissue with the Voodoo HG Jose mod with boost switch. Was wondering how similar in tone would this amp be compared to a Voodoo V Rock?
 
It will be similar however it will also be differnt. Reason being; On our own products we can control the build quality from the ground up and that makes a big difference in the feel (IE: how the amp feels when you are playing on it) as well as the tone.
