Valve amp without cab and Captor 8

Hi All, can I just confirm that I should be able to use my Torpedo Captor 8 with a valve amp (Laney GH50L) and not use a cab?

Been playing all morning like this quite happily (Amp head 8ohm speaker out -> Captor 8 Input -> DI out into audio interface) and now my amp appears to have died, nothing outputting to the captor, or indeed a cab now.

Just want to make sure I didn't do anything stupid.

Thanks for getting in touch and we are very sorry to hear this. You should indeed be able to use your amp and a Captor for silent recording / an Amp DI. Are you able to confirm how you had this connected up in terms of the outputs of your amp and the inputs of the Captor please?
