What kind of resistor is this?

I had a pcb for a 2204 build but decided to just do a turret board build. I got a turret board from ceriatone so I was using their layout but what kind of resistor is this? It's a 2w 10k. I just used a metal oxide resistor here but I was curious to what kind this was and if it's something I should change?

Safety wise - yes.

FP resistors have a flame proof coating to withstand overload conditions without bursting into flames and ruining more components inside your amp, burning down your house, defrosting all the food in your freezer, texting your ex, and drinking all your beer.
