will a 12v power supply....

Thanks Wayne....I was pretty sure but I was not 100% sure. Normally I would have a few 9 volt adapters laying around but the only one I could find was a 12v...I was pretty sure it was a nono but...that's why I asked...lol...
 
I actually have a set but the way I'm running my board-I have put everything but the wah and mesa and PV foot switches on a elevated stand. I need another power supply because thanks to someone who shall remain nameless on here....I have used up the spots on my daisy chain. Right Wayne?
