Aren't they opening for U2? I will see them in September in Md. Will be cool to see an M4 in use live on such a big platform/stage. :D

I saw that picture yesterday on another board, and I can't believe I didn't notice that. Last tour he ran an AC30CC head, the super lead reissue that you can see in this pic, and the VH4.

I'm wondering if that Marshall has an effects loop and he's running the M4 straight into it for his lower gain voxy/marshally type sounds.

I really wish they were playing with U2 here in Chicago, I'd go in a heartbeat.

Edit: could obviously be run into the VH4's power section too...as I don't see a power amp.

Nice spot! Muse is one of my favorite bands. Cant wait for the new album in Sept.

Looks like there's a power amp directly under the M4. Is it the Randall?

Looks like a Randall RT2/50 to me.

Ya it has been a pleasure to work with Matt, Jason and Des. Sent him 4 loaded M4's and he was very very happy with them!

Jeff, what modules did Matt get? Any of them custom?

I missed that...all I see is a black blob down there.

If you look closely, there's a chrome handle and a vertical white word that looks an awful lot like Randall, and the red light for Channel 1 is on. :)

I can kinda see it...booo crappy laptop monitor.

I would also love to know what modules he got....although if he got 4 loaded m4s...something tells me he's got all the modules.

VX, T/D, SL, and EG3/4

from an inside source

The vox, t/d, and sl don't surprise me. I'm guessing those will replace his vox and super lead reissue heads for all his low gain stuff. I dunno about the EG3/4, but I can't see him getting rid of the VH4 anytime soon. Very interesting stuff.

3/4 is really close to a the VH4 channel he uses. He did say he could use it to be tweaked and it would really be awesome so I will be working with him on it. As far as I know the heads are going away for the tour!
