George's forum is still offline so I thought I'd post these pictures of one of his incredible aluminum chassis with end blocks replica of his '66 JTM 45/100 the first 100 watt Marshall.
The amp should be in a museum as is all of George's work:

This amp is George's flagship amp and a classic reproduction exact in every detail.

Amp looks fantastic! I hope he still has his line of reproductions available, along with the website.

Nice but could you post more pics, maybe show some detail? :D

These are great amps. I never understood why anyone would want 100W marshall until i had the chance to play through this same model once. That tone has never left my head. Amazing sound but really almost more of a feel thing. You can really feel that extra iron. It rocked at higher volumes and some great break up but what amazed me more was how it all started with the sweetest clean tone I'd ever heard. Better than any blackface fender imo. Great amps

How does it sound for classic ac/dc raunch like highway to hell?

Beauty!

Interesting looking master volume, with those caps.

He can't post more pics cus the amp is sitting in front of me.

That thing is flawless! Was at George's place yesterday picking up some parts, great guy!

Any word from George on the return of his website, or the forum?

I have been asking the same things. The pics, sorry I had so few and not much detail I got them from George's forum. Seriously these things are built like tanks and George is a supremo master of all things amp building plus he is a player as well so they sound even better than they look and what he sells these JTM 45/100's for compared to a 'real' '66 Marshall (if you can find one) is a real bargain.
I have been a Metro fan since 2005 and having had some very serious rare vintage Marshall's I can say I would rather invest in George's product than the vintage ones.
George now calls the amps replications of a certain vintage Marshall which he owns, not just a generic amp model.
He a/b's them all the time and seriously the new amps just kill..
Hope things are ok for George these days. Sure this JTM 45/100 is classic AC/DC, Led Zep, Cream, Jimi and that's not describing how well it takes pedals.
It truly is one of the finest amps, especially the clean sound I have ever played. It is so touch responsive and you really can hear your guitar and pickups.
I'd post more pics but the site is still down. Please come back George we'll pay to be members of the forum!!

I know sarcasm alert
Yes George still builds JTM 100's/ 10000 series, the '68 12000 series, JTM 45, JTM 45/100, small box 50 watts, ect.

What a beauty! How do you like that PPIMV? That's the first I've seen him put them in a block end build. Some might consider that sacrilegious, but if you are going to do it; you can't go any more premium than dualgang MIL spec PEC with mustards. Not many know how to solder the backs of those pots, so they run the bus through the terminal. It's kinda cool the way he does that with just a pea sized dab'll do ya.

I'm in the process of building a 2nd JTM 45/100, but this time it's a block end myself.

I was told PEC pot backs are stainless, and won't except solder well.
