Found a couple "Factory-Shop) grounding issues in this early Splawn Nitro (2009). One was with a potentiometer and the other on the Speaker out jack causing serious mayhem with the solid state Loop in addition to jeopardizing the output transformer.
I believe it is roadworthy now.
In the first photo you can see where Splawn Quality Control failed to identify the anomaly. The second photo shows it has been corrected. I just played the amp for an hour without any apparent issues.
