Wasn't yours a 6505 though? I know they're the same, but people will pay more for a block letter 5150 just because.

Yeah, Ebay rules. Everyone made fun of me and said I got ripped off when I bought that weird violin looking Caparison for $1800, but I sold it for $3000.

Honestly, this is a great deal for someone wanting an original 5150.

If you factor in the quality tubes, this is the classic 5150 tone one might be looking for.

I know people say the + or "reissues" might be similar, but as far as 5150's go...the block letter is the best of them all, IMO.
