Too many options.... I'm the type of guy who can find useable settings on every channel on most amps..... amps like this, Road King, Mark IV drive me nuts because I can never decide on which tones to use

I like it because you can set a channel to be "Blow More Wood" - lol :)

I will believe that when I see it. The UL is over 3 grand and had way less features than this. Kudos if they can keep this under 2500.

I believe the price I was told today was a list of either 2699.99, or 2499.99. Either way, those are list, so yes, it's gonna be WAY cheaper than a UL. My dealer is supposedly going the be the first one in the country to have it, and I will have it right after it hits his store.

REALLY???? This will be the deal of the year, then! I still can't believe that but, hey, I am gonna hook one of these up anyway no matter the cost. Might as well wait on a JVM since so many are getting them...wait a month or two and we can get them used

Are these out yet?? I've never owned a VHT before and these look very interesting!! :bump:

My Christmas bonus this year will definately be going to one of these :D

Sounds like Fryette did some last minute changes. Whatever it takes to get it right. I have to wait until October for the second shipment as the first are all gone.

Fryette's post from another forum:

Some late breaking news on the SigX (see the spec list at the top of this thread for reference)...

1) Sideband Mode is now a component of POWER SHIFT. This ties the variations in power supply ghost note and modulation distortion activity to the change between hi and low power mode, where it is most desirable anyway. Now you'll essentially be able to channel assign small amp and big amp power supply behavior when you switch output power - which is already channel assignable.

2) POWER SHIFT 60 Watt Mode reduced to 40 watts. Sounds much better this way, makes low volume playing more fun, and much more useful for smaller playing environments.

You guys who have waiting patiently (thank you) will be extremely pleased. The clean channel represents a big step forward in multichannel amp design and the flexibility in the voicing and gain structure of this channel will suprise a lot of people. I won't go off about the overdrives - Brian already covered that quite well. Just rest assured that we have been listening and we're sure you are going to appreciate all of the effort that went into this project.

Thank you for your continued support.

Looks awesome but can you even get VHT stuff in the UK?

If so what's the upcharge? As bad as Mesa is?

Not sure? You might be better off buying used and having it shipped to you maybe?

So....
Did some of these get delivered??
Then he made the next run with new mods??
