Shane (the guy who runs BMusic in Australia, and the Caparison forum) should be getting one of those in stock pretty soon. He always takes a ton of awesome hi-res pics of all the guitars he sells, so that won't help your GAS at all. :D

Oh dont worry im not gonna fight the gas, il probably go ahead and buy one as soon as i can :D

Any idea what kinda $$$ we'r talking here?

Not sure what the UK dealers charge for Caparisons. The TAT is $2400 shipped with a case from Guitar Asylum, but only about $1800 from Ishibashi in Japan.

You win either way! I know you play in E tuning, so I would actually suggest the TAT for you. I've never played a better sounding guitar in E tuning than the TAT I had, it was just awesome. I prefer the mahogany body Dellingers and such for B tuning though, but you never use that! :D

Ok man that makes sense!

Is the TAT mahogany though?

Just seen that its an Alder body... to be honest, i much prefer Mahogany to Alder as it has a certain tone to it that sounds amazing!

Hmm

Yeah, mahogany is awesome, I usually don't like alder...but man, the TAT sounds fucking great.

Hmm im kinda leaning towards the Dellinger II due to the mahogany...

I just love mahogany guitars and i have owned some alder guitars, which i didnt like as much as mahogany. I think theres some low mid that the mahogany gives off tonally or something... almost feels like theres a low mid punch switch turned on or something.. if you get me?

Seriously when i use mahogany guitars with my Cameron Marshall, like my Les Paul.. It sounds like i have a gainboost in the low mid frequencies going on.. its rediculously awesome!! :D

That is the best finish I've seen yet on a Caparison next to the Amott signature you owned. Don't change a thing!
