It's been 8 months for me and the differences are HUGE!! I take pictures about every month so I can gauge progress. The scale and bodyfat % are always iffy. Pictures don't lie... It's like a completely different Vlad... :D

Glad you're sticking to the healthy lifestyle...really, what is more important?...you're inspiring me to take it more seriously now. ;)
