Anybody ever play a Fatboy F1?

This is the second posting that I have seen for this head and the last starting bid was $1600 and no one bit.

I know the guy from the Toadies played one and I think they were made in Dallas ( ) but I could be wrong. It looks kickass to me. If I had the dough I'd be all over it.

Anyone have any info on this "Fat" head?

I think they were made in Chicago by norm funk. I heard one live and it killed. The black lady on letterman used to play one.

They are great amps. The guy who goes by 6AM has had many, still has 2 or 3. Clean channel is eh, nothing special, but the 2 gain channels rock... not really comparable to other amps, has it's own thing going. maybe a bit of shiva blended with xtc... it's been many years since i pwned one

I had a two channel one. It sounded good. Pretty darn good. That's it.
