Been thinking about the VHT deliverance

I currently run a Laney GH50L into a marshall cab and boost it with a SPF ego booster,to tighten it up for metal and i really love the tone of this amp. However its always fun to try new stuff and I have been lusting after a high gainer for a while.

For referance i tried the Framus Cobra today and i really liked the lead tone, but i found the rythm a bit dry, this was through the Cobra cab and it was at a reasonable volume. How does the Deliverance compare?

Any input? clips?

I can't compare for you but I can say that the D60 kicks major bootay. It's an unusual amp though because it's a mix of vintage and modern. The simplicity (no loops, channels...) is vintage, it's got a very vintage feel particularly on leads, but there's a modern aspect to the high gain rhythms that you wouldn't expect from the amp.

sounds right up my alley, i never use the loop and I love one channel amps.

Im more of a guitar - tuner - boost - wah - amp kinda guy.

I really dig the lead tone is that clip does it have any post EQ' ing?

No eq'ing on the guitars.

Is it picky with cabs? Ive heard about this from owners of VHT.

would the fatbottom 2x12 be a worthwhile investment? or a Orange cab?

cheers tony
