Thanks for the link.....yeah...It is the Vintage Modern.....It does sound good. But Doug could make anything sound good. I haven't played one, but would like to give it a try.

That was pretty bad ass. I liked the LP sound better personally.
Really RAW sounding.

Doug mentioned on his site in the forum that was probably going to use the VM in his rig.
But now that the Cameron is out who knows.
Mark said he was going to get Doug one of the first ones of those.

Id like to try both and will but Im thinking I'd dig the Cameron a bit more but we'll see.

Probably what will happen is Mark will get Doug a Cameron.
He'll play it and like it, but then put it away with the custom ENGL Powerball he had ENGL do.

Then stick with his old Marshalls and or add the VM since he has been getting a lot of Marshall endorsement ads lately.

My 2 cents.

someone said the VM doesn't have enough gain for metal. For the metal I play it does..... not metallica, but anything from the 80s ....
