Diezel has the best support of any amp makers

I would Like to thank Peter Stapher and Salwender. I have wait a long time for amp VH4, but anytime I sent Diezel an email I received a reply in 30 minutes. It is amazing that I received replies so quick.
 
+1 for that! Uwe and the gang there at Salwender are the best. And it's pretty amazing that Peter takes the time out to participate in this forum. It really makes you feel good to buy high end gear when everyone involved in the process is this cool!
 
+1,000,000 for Peter. Diezel Amplification is the best manufacturer I've ever dealt with when it comes to customer service.

Too true.. I couldn’t believe the support at Diezel. Its top quality. For such a recognised company which has more interest by the day, their professionalism has not changed. You can tell they love their products and are interested in their clients.

Peter Stapfer is the man. I sent him an e-mail regarding buying more Diezel equipment and he rang me at work to discuss my queries within an hour. Tell him when he's not so busy to e-mail me about that 4x12. Seriously though, thank you for being so conciderate. Id stick with Diezel for their customer support alone. The killer tones help though :lol:
 
Peter Diezel's and Peter Stapfer's customer-service is unbelievable.
Considering the high demand on Diezel-Amps and the top quality of the almost handbuilt items it is beyond physical possibilities, that t they answer all the mails and calls and even post in this forum.

The customer support is 50 % of my reasons why I'll go for Diezel!

:) and not just you guys, the whole team, the English distributors Doug and James went beyond the call of duty for me, they've been awesome, I dealt with James more and he was the nicest guy and Doug is just a genius, he seems to know everything you ever could about guitars/amps etc.

Dito! Diezel has the best customer service I know. I had the chance to meet both Peters and its unbelievable how much time they spend to satisfy every Diezel owner. And beside that Peter makes the best sounding and most reliable amps. Diezel is definately the number one amp manufacture for me.
