It's really not about that. I can dig some shredding. It's more just his overall style that I'm not really into. And songwise...I'll look again, but I haven't dug any of his original tunes that I've heard enough to make me want to get the record.

So whether you're talking just straight technical ability, or musical content, there are guys that do more for me in both cases. His talent is undeniable. But it's just a personal preference. Nothing against GG, I just don't really consider him to be the apex of ...anything....
