When did Yngwie say he's never heard of Blackmore? He's always listed that as one of his biggest influences. He's claimed he never knew he scalloped his fretboards, though.
 
It's funny how Yngwie smoked Eddie and Randy etc when he was only at his teens.:thumbsup:

Say what you want about him, he still out shreads every guitar player out there. He's the one player who plays like he does and hits every note clear as a bell. carry on

Of course he does! I have a couple of his recipe books at home!
Don't expect anything healthy though, as every recipe is above 6,700 calories.

I give Yngwie credit as he really brought Neo-classical to the main stream. But his head is running a close race with his ass on which is bigger. To me, most of his tracks start sounding the same.
