Footswitch included?

Hey All;

I got my Einstein today. I have only had a couple of hours to play with it, but I am very impressed; it is an incredible amp and probably the best I have owned thusfar (and I have had everything at this point).

One question though; the amp arrived without a footswitch or any documentation. It does come with a footswitch, correct? And what, if any, documentation is included? I'd assume at the very least a warranty card and a manual.

Thank you for the information Peter. I will contact the dealer today regarding the footswitch. Hopefully it was just an oversight on their part; I didn't think an amp that cost me $3199 wouldn't include the footswitch, but you never know these days.
