Wow! Sounds awesome.
Wow! Sounds awesome.
Actually the first batch is only 100 pieces. I could probably get you one from the first batch if you don't want to wait.simbasa":94bc5 said:Nice tone.I played a Deliverance last week and liked it but a bit 'stiff' compared to the Vintage Modern I played next to it. This clip's tone sounds a bit more elastic than the tone I was getting on D. The Sig X is supposed to be more 'forgiving' than the D.......so I have a Sig X on order through Guitar Center... VHT just told them on Wednesday it will be out within the next 2 months and the first batch of 200 are all sold, so I won't be getting one until September-October.

The feel of the Deliverance is flat out awesome. And it records better than most amps I've heard.
From all I have gathered it will be the Deliverance and more. Guys who have heard it say it's a cross between a CL and Deliverance..... same preamp and power section but with uber tweaking features like the tube rectifier for more sag and even more gain than the D.ampjunkie":8b770 said:I have a Sig-X on order. I got to finally play through a Deliverance yesterday, both the 60 and the 120 , at GC of all places. Used a LP Studio into a VHT 4x12. Man, seriously some of the best hard rock distortion I've ever had the pleasure to experience. Really fat, not as bright as I was expecting, tight but can be dialed in to feel looser. The 120 is a fucking beast -- loud as hell, but I think I liked the 60 better. Seemed sweeter to me. I didn't get a chance to dial it in for any clean or inbetween stuff. Has me thinking I might sell my TopHat Emplexador and get a Deliverance 60 -- but I'm not sure yet. The Emplexador is definitely more vintage in it's overall tone and vibe -- the Deliverance has a bit of that but is more modern sounding to me. Anyway, incredible sounding amp.

I'm not using any effects in a loop with my current band, but I do put an EQ pedal in there for solo boosts (volume.) Dangit, I can't do that with the D60! URGH...
Yup I'm sure it sounded great!pan":b8846 said:Sounds great Phil! I played my (new) Suhr S1 through the Deliverance today and it sounded amazing!
The tone really floored me. I don't use a loop that much on amps anyway so it was not a big issue for me. I know you like loops so yeah I can see why you wouldn't necessarily want one.SgtThump":3aaeb said:I had a D120 and it was one of the best sounding amps I've ever owned.
